Flashy lights, great food, lots of people, friends and of course the great music. To sum all of that up: fun. Fun also happens to be the first band I am seeing at ACL. I am a big fan of them and I really enjoy their upbeat music. I am considering crowning this weekend one of the best of my life. There are some downsides to ACL also: there will be lots of smoke, and the weather will not be as good as last weekend. There are high chances of rain all three nights, but I’m sure that won’t stop me from having a blast.

Grant, I was really bummed when they cancelled day 3 too… but we have something to look forward to for next year! and we have fun memories of our first ACL, and seeing FUN.! Love you, Mom

I went to ACL also, but I went the weekend before you. I didn’t see FUN but I heard they were really good. I saw Passion Pit backstage and that was awesome. I think I am going next year, maybe I will see you there if you go.

I have lived in Austin my entire life so far and have never gone to ACL. I am going to go next year and can’t wait until I go.

I really like how you cleverly lead me into this post. I bet fun was awesome and I like their music, too. I have never been to ACL, but I would to go next year or the year after that. Hope you had fun!
